Cremation (without ceremony) includes:

• An experienced staff member(s) will bring your loved one into our care from up to 20 miles from 8am-5pm, 7 days a week
• Standard refrigeration for up to 10 business days
• Standard cremation (up to 250lbs) within 10 business days of receiving completed documents and payment
• Standard cardboard cremation container, minimum plastic urn, applicable sales tax (other urn options are available for additional fees)
• Document preparation services, notification of death to Social Security Administration, Department of Consumer Affairs fee, one County Disposition Permit

An additional $50.00 transportation charge will apply from 5pm-8am, on holidays, and when transferring from a residence or nursing facility.

A charge of $25.00 per day will apply if completed documents and payment are not received three days within bringing your loved one into our care.
